FAQ

Short answers to the things people reasonably want to know before paying a stranger on the internet.

What exactly do I get?

Files. The Playbook is a 27-page PDF with eight printable templates and a 90-day wall planner at the back. The Script Pack is a 26-page PDF with a worksheet, drill tools for managers and four pocket cards, plus a phone lock-screen image. The Tracker is an Excel workbook with nine tabs. No course, no login, no subscription, nothing that renews. You buy it once, you download it, it’s yours.

Is anything free?

Yes, and none of it asks for an email: the Permit Lookup (252 cities, one card each), the City Clerk Call Sheet (the eight questions to ask a city nobody has checked), the Route Planner, and every article. There are also two samples taken from the paid files: page 25 of the Playbook (Template 6, the weekly one-on-one) and the complete Timing section of the Script Pack (a two-page PDF).

How fast do I get it?

Immediately. You pay on Stripe, and the download page opens with your file. If anything goes wrong — a link that doesn’t work, a file that won’t open — email me at the address below and it gets sent to you directly.

What if it isn’t useful?

Email within 30 days and you get a full refund. You don’t have to explain why and there’s nothing to send back. Details are on the refund policy page.

Is this specific to one industry?

No. It’s written for door-to-door and outside sales generally — fiber and telecom, solar, pest, security, roofing. The recruiting, onboarding, retention and route material transfers cleanly because those problems are the same everywhere. The objection frames are general-purpose by design and you’re expected to put your own product’s language into them.

Is this someone’s company training repackaged?

No. Everything here is original and written from scratch. Nothing is taken from any employer’s proprietary scripts, decks or training material, and it’s built to sit alongside whatever your company already requires rather than replace it. Where your compliance language conflicts with something here, your compliance language wins.

Will this make me more money?

No idea, and anyone who tells you otherwise is guessing. There are no income claims on this site, no screenshots, and no guarantees — results depend on your market, your product, your team and your own effort, and I don’t control any of those. What you’re buying is a set of frameworks that are clearly written and honestly scoped.

Can I use it with my whole team?

Yes — that’s the intended use. Print copies for your reps, work from the spreadsheet, adapt the frameworks. What you can’t do is resell or republish it outside your own organization. One purchase covers one business.

Does the Tracker work in Google Sheets?

Yes. It’s a standard .xlsx built with ordinary formulas — no macros, no add-ons, nothing exotic. It opens in Excel, Google Sheets and Numbers.

Is the pay and comp material legal advice?

No. The Playbook discusses commission structures, draws and classification in general terms because you can’t talk about retention without them, but it’s management guidance only. Rules vary by state and change. Confirm anything you plan to actually implement with a qualified professional.

Who’s behind it?

Sean Holt. I manage a door-to-door fiber team and still knock doors. More on the About page.

How do I get in touch?

seanholt2024@gmail.com. It comes straight to me, and a person answers.
