This site is operated by Holt Ventures LC, a limited liability company organized in Utah. This policy explains what is collected when you visit or buy something here.
What is collected
- When you buy something. Your email address and billing details are collected by Stripe, our payment processor, in order to take payment and deliver your files. Card numbers are handled entirely by Stripe — they are never sent to, seen by, or stored by Holt Ventures LC.
- When you just visit. This site is hosted by Netlify, which keeps standard server logs such as pages requested, approximate location and browser type. This is aggregate traffic data, not a profile of you.
- When you sign up for email updates. Your email address and the page you signed up on are stored by Netlify, our host. They are used only to send the update emails you asked for.
- If you email us. Your message and email address, kept only as long as needed to deal with what you wrote about.
What it is used for
Delivering what you bought, answering your questions, handling refunds, and understanding in aggregate which articles people find useful. That’s it.
What is not done with it
Your information is not sold, rented, or traded. It is not shared with anyone except the service providers that make the site work — currently Stripe for payments, WordPress.com for publishing, and Netlify for hosting and for storing email sign-ups — and then only to the extent they need it to do that job. You will not be added to a marketing list because you bought something; any email list here is opt-in only, and every message has an unsubscribe link.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own. Stripe sets cookies on its checkout pages for fraud prevention and to complete your payment. You can block cookies in your browser; checkout may not work if you do.
Your choices
Email seanholt2024@gmail.com to ask what is held about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Records tied to a completed purchase may need to be kept for tax and accounting purposes, and those will be explained if it applies to your request.
Children
This site is intended for people working in sales and is not directed at children under 13. Information is not knowingly collected from them.
Changes and contact
