Terms of Sale

Last updated: August 27, 2026

These terms apply to anything you buy from this site, which is operated by Holt Ventures LC, a limited liability company organized in Utah.

What you’re buying

Digital files — PDF guides and a spreadsheet. Nothing physical ships. Prices are in US dollars and payment is processed by Stripe.

Delivery

Your files are made available immediately after payment. If you don’t receive them, email seanholt2024@gmail.com and they’ll be sent directly.

What you may do with them

Buy once and use it in your own business, including with your own team — print copies for your reps, work from the spreadsheet, adapt the frameworks to your product. That’s the intended use.

What you may not do is resell, republish, or distribute the files outside your own organization, or present the material as your own product. One purchase covers one business.

Refunds

30 days, no justification needed. See the Refund Policy.

No guarantee of results

These are educational materials. Nothing on this site is a promise, projection or guarantee of sales, income, retention or any other outcome. Results in sales depend on your market, your product, your team and your own effort, none of which are within our control. No income claims are made anywhere on this site, and you should treat any you encounter elsewhere attributed to us as not ours.

Not professional advice

The materials discuss compensation structures, worker classification and employment practices in general terms. This is management guidance, not legal, tax, accounting or employment advice, and it is not a substitute for a qualified professional who knows your state and your situation. Confirm anything you intend to implement before you implement it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Holt Ventures LC’s total liability arising out of or relating to these materials is limited to the amount you paid for them. Holt Ventures LC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Questions: seanholt2024@gmail.com.
