Bellflower, California: door-to-door solicitor permit

Partly read: the permit answer is sourced, but the fee or the hours could not be read from the city’s own pages. The clerk questions below cover the gap.

• The answer: Yes — a solicitors permit and identification card issued by the City Manager before going house to house taking orders for goods or for services to be performed in the future. The city's application form quotes the rule (BMC 5.28.010). The form charges its application fee per solicitor and asks for each solicitor's name, address and driver's license.
