• The answer: Not confirmed. The Wilmington City Code on Municode has no peddler, solicitor, canvasser or door-to-door sales chapter that we could find. The code does require a city license before anyone engages in any business (5-34), but it does not say how that applies to door-to-door reps. The city's own site blocked us.
