• Hours you may knock: No selling or taking orders at a private residence after sunset until 9:00 a.m. unless the occupant asked for the visit. Sunset is the National Weather Service sunset time for the city. No solicitation at any time on federally designated holidays without a prior invitation (82-2(a)).
• What the rep carries: The chapter names no permit, badge or ID to carry.
• What takes the time: Nothing in the code — there is no application, background check or waiting period in the chapter.

Children 13 or under must be supervised by an adult within 100 yards (82-3). A violation is a misdemeanor fined up to $500.00, each day a separate offense (82-121).
