Cheyenne

  • Permit: Yes — a residential door-to-door solicitors business license from the city clerk, plus a license identification badge approved and issued for each solicitor ( 5.76.040(A) ).
  • Fee: $100.00 for the business license for a fourteen-day period, plus $15.00 for each solicitor's license identification badge for the same period (5.76.040(B)). So one license at $100.00 plus $15.00 for each badged rep, every fourteen days. A new application is filed for each additional fourteen-day license (5.76.070(D)).
  • Hours you may knock: No uninvited soliciting before ten a.m. or after seven p.m., local time, on any day (5.76.050(E)).
